TESTIMONIALS

"I was impressed by the smoothness of Rachel's ability to dive in, get up to speed, and collaborate on a solid prototype design which she took through successful usability testing — all within 3 weeks! Her communication skills are excellent; as the Director of User Experience, I trusted Rachel right out of the gate to do the work to make the project a success."

SOME MORE ABOUT ME

I grew up in San Diego, California and was heavily influenced by my family's love of the arts and music. I come from generations of award-winning visual artists on my mother's side and inherited my passion for live music from my father's side.

I've been devoted to working with creatives since high school. That devotion has fundamentally shaped my career, from serving as the Visual Arts Editor of American University's literary arts magazine to planning a virtual music festival at one of the finest concert halls in the country amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

During my time at La Jolla Music Society, my role as the project manager and designer of the website grew to be my favorite aspect of the job. In 2022, I decided to move into UX Design full-time, which led me to get a formal education in the field through General Assembly's User Experience Design Immersive Bootcamp.

Since then, I've unified my love of storytelling, creative problem solving, and adoration for working with passionate people by creating beautiful, user-centered experiences for an array of artisans, small businesses, and cultural organizations.

Let's create something beautiful together!
